The LUSA Sub-Machinegun its a Portuguese made Sub-Machinegun who never had a massive production but its produced for the USA civilian market.

Interestingly, I read that the Lusa shares some common components with the HK MP5, especially the pistol grip and much of the receiver. I'm just thinking, maybe this could be better done as a mod (if and when the MP5 returns to market)

yes youre right but in wiki page its says thats kinda mix betwen a MP5 and a Uzi

To me it looks sort of like a shortened AK-74u.

Yes you're right but the magazine of the Lusa isnt like the Ak74u magazine

I agree, this gun looks tough so it can be used as Army or Marines but it also looks somewhat covert and could be used for Spec.Ops. Im in favour of this one.
