Very nice looking weapon! It is close enough to the MG34 so it can be modded very easily into a DLT-19.

The BA version even looks like the original Kenner version of the DLT-19 that came with the Snowtrooper, Dengar, and IG-88.

Oh what a coincidence. =P Especcially since George lucas based all star wars weapons on WW2 weapons. Lol. =D

I saw this, and the first thing that came to mind was in Medal of Honor, and the guys always shouting "MG42! Get down!" I'm definitly getting this, and the bazooka.

Umm...... There's a BIG difference between the FG 42, and the MG 42. Just 'cause two guns have the same number in their names doesn't mean a thing.

In this case, it simply means the designs of the two weapons were both finalized in the same year, 1942.

They are essentially the same weapon. The FG-42 is just the version used by airborne troops.

The Fallschrimjager-42 was an automatic rifle developed for the Fallschrimjager as a lightweight, heavy rifle. In the airborne invasion of Crete, the FG-42 proved superior to the normal *Solider drops with pistol and knife, primarys dropped off later method. The only difference is the barrel length and weight.

Sorry dude, but that's just not true. Bot guns are almost completely different, as Badger said, they both have 42 in the name because both the designs were finalized in 1942.
