I think you are better off making one at home, because I'm pretty sure Will isn't going to make a custom Tactical helmet like they wear. The end result would probably just be a black-uniformed minifig with a custom helmet.
I'm in the "No" camp for this one.

Thank you. Have you read the book Rainbow Six by Tom Claney?

Good idea, the helmet could be an aviator helmet with goggles and this head to represent the chinstrap.

I think that the Lego sports helmet would be better

Meh, I think we'd be better off making our own... there's a good method for making these guys on Justin Stebbins' sight, I think. However, I don't think that this would be a good minifig to add to the BA lineup.

I loved the book, but have never played the game, although I think the pictures suit the characters very well. I really love the thought of little Rainbow 6 guys running around, blowing off minifig terrorist heads and the like...

Sorry, but I'm gonna have to say no to putting it in BrickArms.

I for one think we do need some modern combat soldiers running about with the BrickArms bandits. We have past and future soldiers, why not modern?

Eagerly awaiting every single new BrickArm that comes out.
