I am busy packing for BrickFair..finally! Preparing for this show took longer than I planned. Of couse, my wife wanted me to be packed last week, but I'm just not that organized. ;)
BrickArms fans will be happy to know that I have packed 2 special minifigs that I will have for sale at the show. One you may have already seen, but the other is a new minifig of which I'm very proud. I only brought a limited amount, so if there are any left after the show, I may make them available for sale through the forums, or through special eBay auctions.
Of course, I am packing what's left of "The Chief" minifigs, so those of you that missed out at BrickFair or on the eBay auctions, can buy one at BrickFair - while they last.
I'll bring all of the the black guns, the weapons packs, and a few items in silver: BA-M5, BA-M6..and Mk48!
I'll also bring some great new prototypes for obxcrew to hand out to the lucky attendees that know the secret word ("FREEBAP"). I've injected them in a bunch of different colors: silver, gold, black, gray, trans clear, trans-yellow, and some great swirled colors as well.
Back to packing!

The minifigs are all packed, and the weapons bins are packed as well. I didn't expect it to take me 2 hours to count all of the guns in the bins for inventory control, but watching "Wipeout" helped a little. Unfortunately my viewing experience consisted of looking, head down, at the guns I was counting, instead of at the screen. I missed all of the wipeouts! ;) Oh well, at least the kids liked the show.
All that I have left to pack are the minifigs for the static display, and all of the display bins and trays for the minfigs and packs. I don't know if any of you saw the "Tower-O-Acrylic" that I used to display the minifigs at BrickWorld, but this year I probably don't have enough room in my suitcase for all of that plastic. I may choose for a low-key affair at this show. We'll see how clever I can be and see how I can jam it all into a single 50lb suitcase!
Sleep becons..
