Paint from Citadel Paints, which are specially designed to apply to plastics, but the wrongest swish of a brush (or Qtip) can be very devastating, because its permanent, and painting over it ruins the BrickArms glossiness.

You can borrow it, and I told KingBrick what paint it is. To get it you will have to go to a Games Workshop store, or type in Warhammer 40,000 on Google.
