Hmm...

The helmet may be troublesome, as is the mask. This is due to their geometry. I personally think that the best bet for the helmet would be this, but getting it in sufficient numbers to sell with the minifig may be an issue.

The HALO jumper will also need a backpack of some sort. I personally find the classic one too caricaturish, and the camper one inaccurate.

Perhaps someone has a solution to the problems I have listed above?

Perhaps this helmet could be used, along with a standard TLC visor(in black or gold), to represent the jump helmet. As for his parachute pack, I'm not so sure. I agree with GreenLead that the classic TLC pack is too caricaturish. Perhaps it could be brickbuilt?
