My entry for the RAMMtacular Contest, The Käfer [Beetle in German (Not sure how accurate it is though)] is a Heavy Amphibious Personel Carrier which is able to carry troops or supplies safely to or through the field. And the Set (I suggest you look at all the pictures instead of just the one shown) Thanks for looking, and wish me luck!
You're good Kid, real good, but as long as I'm around you'll always be second best, shee?

Master_Animator wrote:What is the RAMM contest? The RAMMtacular contest is a contest in which you need to build an original RAMM vehicle. Master_Animator wrote:Don't the RAMM's have those gray marine helmets? RAMM stands for Royal Austrian Mechanized Military, so you wouldn't call a single Troop a RAMM. And not necessarily. RAMM Troops have all different kinds of duds. The only necessary (that I know of) part is a Clone (or Stormtrooper) torso and dark bley legs. RAMM is a military theme made by our own Kcaster (or Nick Dean). I'm not sure where (or if) there is a place where you could get detailed info on it, though.

My guess is that before you made this, you watched the movie "Soldier"Otherwise, I think you could maybe add two MK48 turrets on top, or a duel MK48 heavy turret.

The Käfer looks great! And the translation of beetle is as close as possible.

RAMM troopers have Old Dark Gray Legs, hips and hands, a stormtrooper torso, and a old light gray rock raiders helmet with a smoke visor. Chuck, next time you feel like telling people how they should build a theme, be the one who created it in the first place. And also, who are you to tell people they should build RAMM figs correctly. You don't even do it right. Hobo4Ever: The figs don't really matter. I'd love to comment on the MOC itself, but as a judge, I cannot, sorry. -Nick Next-GenDesign

I made one mistake by saying dark bley legs; no need to be a dick to me, Nick, like you usually are. -Chuck [MOD - Watch you language, please. MOD - Ok folks, let's keep it polite please. Yes, there are a clear set of guidelines regarding approved RAMM MOCs, but I'd remind everyone that as long as an MOC features a BrickArms product, it's appropriate to be shared in these forums, regardless if it does or does not conform to other MOCing standards. Discussions regarding the RAMM MOCing guidelines are therefore off-topic and aren't appropriate for these specific forums.
If there is a question of whether or not an MOC is or is not part of the RAMM-family of MOCs, a PM to Kcaster, the originator of the theme, is the best course of action.

Nice HAPC! It looks fantastic. Better than anything I can hope to build! A soldier should not be commemorated for doing what is expected-Master ChiefBungie.net Account Profile
