I vote will should produce a BA caveman. With the upcoming BA bat, all will would have to do for a weapon is to cut of the bottom of the handle, and BAM, you have a caveman club. He would probably warrent a few custom decals, and maybe some cloth rags. A caveman could be used for:
History Museums
Ice Age/OLD Age vignettes
crazy time traveling adventures

Umm . . .

Interesting as this is, I can't say it seems very versatile. Also, if will had to mod a weapon to include it with the 'fig, it would drive the price up.

It wouldnt be a very large mod. I've seen the bat in person, and beileve me, it would just take a little bit of cutting and filing, etc. just like the PPK.

Isn't the PPK alot smaller than the bat though?
Any way I don't really like this idea it doesn't seem like it could fit well with other BA Mini-Figs. Also it would need leg decals, a good hairpeice, and a modded bat. The only good hairpeice is the clone wars anakin hairpeice (which is like $5) , and the leg decals and a torso decal would really drive up the price like the medic.

That's just what I think. Great idea, but I don't really like it. Sorry. :)

Hmm, Earth's first Human Warriors. As fitting as it is, it's really unusual.

Well, depends on what you're defining as "human." Hominid ancestors of ours were hunting long before homo sapiens sapiens (anatomically modern humans) hit the scene. Also, the (stereotypical) reference picture is of a Neanderthal, a separate branch of the hominid linage from ourselves (based on the most current research).

While the idea is interesting, firstly, the baseball bat, even with the knob removed, it still too narrow and smooth as compared to the typical rough-hewn club that's associated with "cavemen." Second, human ancestors rarely (if ever) made use of clubs. Do you know of any animals that would stand around waiting to be bludgeoned? A simple stone spear (with an atlatl) and/or axe would be more appropriate. As Will currently produced none of these items, a BA custom "caveman" isn't something that strikes me as warranted.

Knew I should have used near-human, hominid, or neanderthal.

Hehe

But yes, there are no spears, axes, etc, and replicating a Neanderthal would be quite odd for Brickarms.

I would say no, and leave a Caveman up to some custom decals, and a club modification from the Baseball Bat.

But the point is, Will would have to mod a weapon before placing in the 'fig's hands, instead of just slapping one in there. I'm still just not a fan of this one.

Um, what BA weapons could a caveman use? Guns weren't real back in da B.C.s.

The bat itself wouldn't work because it's not ragged and old and, well, dirty!
