I've created an efficient, impressive and easy way to make a silencer/supressor. It's made out of a LEGO rubber stick with the little tiny hole inside it, that I easily cut out. (Not straight enough, though.) It fits on most BrickArms weapons, but it was really just made for the G36. It fits perfectly on the PS-G1 and G36, but it's either stretched out on some other weapons or it's more fragile than others. Either way, it's pretty cool. PS-G1 Attaching it to a G36. G36 again. M4. (With a grenade launcher, whose idea I stole from the BrickArms M4 part.) Uzi. Reminds me of a TMP, a bit. MP5. This is the loosest one, but it looks nice. No tape or glue is needed at all, you just slip it on.
Eagerly awaiting every single new BrickArm that comes out.

Wow that looks nice =d> I'venever seen a silencer on a brickarms weapon before so that is a first for me. Maybe if you make a couple more prototypes/versions of it you could have it even better.

Interesting idea. A "fit-all" silencer. Why doesnt will create somthing similar to this? It would be a great brickarms accesory.

So close. :P
I found a new, better piece of rubber. The hole inside is thinner and it looks more like a silencer. Since it's thinner, it doesn't need tape. I couldn't get a good picture of it in this light, though. I agree that Will should make something similar. There's a few things that would need working out before Will would make one, though.

I updated the original post with the new silencer, which is less rough and uses a stronger slice of rubber.
New pictures.

You are right!! It looks even better than before with your new version. =d>

As you said, pretty cool. I'll try that. I like the MP5, sweet. "How am I going to stop some mean Mother Hubbard from tearing me a structurally superfluous new behind? The answer... is a gun. And if that don't work, use more gun" - Meet the Engineer

The new pics look awesome! My favorite pic is the uzi with the supressor. It looks more like a pistol now.

Very nice work, DrDean! My favorite ones are the silenced M4 and silenced MP5. Will the silencers fit on the AK? Or does the sight at the front get in the way?

I made a silencer that looks exactly like that, it was a megabloks tube, it was really flexable, and all I had to do was cut it. I found it while looking through my box (one of them), and figured the hole would work well with some BA. It didn't work well with the AK, for exactly that reason. It's a good easy, and cheap way to silence your weapons.

Good work DrDean! I love the way the silencer just slips right on. Good show!

Great idea but for Will to make a good silencer for all the weapons he would have to make a couple different ones because the barrels are different sizes on the guns.

Plus, there would be the issue of having to mold a cavity into a solid piece, which i'm lead to believe is a tad more tricky.

I tried to make one for my PS-G1 yesterday, after I read the topic, and ended up with 3. I love the way it just slips on. Great idea, DrDean!!!
