Here is a mod I did. It was kind of an accident but I love it. I could not decide if it was a G3 or an L1A1, what do you guys think? L1A1/G3 My Flickr My Brickshelf

That's a cool mod. It could be a little smaller, but there's nothing you can do about that :) I think it kinda looks like a FN FAL.

Thanks guys! It is now...a G3! It was an accidernt because I was removing the scope from a PSG1 for another mod I saw it and said "This looks pretty good" I looked at the L1A1 and G3 in a book and added the monopod because the magazine is a little longer than on the sniper (and I didn't have a Tommy or MP40 on me). There you have it. My Flickr My Brickshelf

Cool mod! A G3, German rifle, used between 1959 and 1997. Very accurate. I like that gun!

Actually, I think it looks more like a FN FAL than a G3. Nice job anyway!

It is a pretty commen design. Here is the FN FAL which has a longer barrel and thing that the Bren has(not sure what that is called) on top. I have seen several versions of the FN FAL. Here are the three we think it looks like: FN FALL1A1 G3 My Flickr My Brickshelf

Well, the guns look all similiar. And that, what the first FAL has got is a grip.

I think that if the front stock part was a little bit shorter, and you substituted an AK-47 stock, it would look more like an FN FAL. I think it just holds on too tightly to the Hechler and Kolk (I think that's how you spell it, though I am not sure), roller block, delayed blowback look that the MP5, G3, PSG1, and that entire family of weapons follows the design plan of so tightly. Not that I don't like the design. To end on a positive note, though, I do like it and I am going to build off of it. Good job.
I love M21s. What, was that supposed to be funny, or what? I don't do funny. Ever. So go ahead, have your funny signatures, whilst I, for one, will keep it simple.

Maybe they took the same shape but use a different caliber round then the original design, but still that mod is one of my favorites and i'm thinking of trying it myself thanks for the idea.
