Very nice work kaboom. Very clean, very accurate, and very artistic. What made you want to make this mod?
Ideas are far more powerful than guns. We don't allow our enemies to have guns, why should we allow them to have ideas?

I also remember using the same type of setup in my Destert Stalking vignette (Look right), but using a robot arm so it could detach. it also removes the gap. Anyway, I agree that the gap distracks from the coolness of the mod, but it's clean, and well put together. Try and make the sight on the side and make a little measurer on the back.
If at first you don't succeced, call an airstrike. - Unknown PS: Sorry for not being on the fourms for a while. I'm working on an army of elite but foolish commandos, so expect a vig and just the squad soon.

Well, since I never really based my mod off of yours, I wouldn't really deem that necessary...

Well, since I never really based my mod off of yours, I wouldn't really deem that necessary... Perhaps, but I was the first to post that technique. Besides, I'm sure alot of people thought of using such a design. "How am I going to stop some mean Mother Hubbard from tearing me a structurally superfluous new behind? The answer... is a gun. Alright, guys, settle down. Does it really matter who did it first, if someone says that they didn't notice the technique being used before?

Sure, he didn't know about what I posted, but I did do it first. But really, if I actually posted my custom in the Custom Brickarms section first, I wouldn't have asked for credit. Why? Because it's to simple. Lots of people thought of doing it, so why would I, the first person to post it, ask for credit? Hate to sound crazy, but if anybody should get credit, it should be... nobody, actaully. "How am I going to stop some mean Mother Hubbard from tearing me a structurally superfluous new behind? MOD - Not to be mean, but this topic is closed. I'd rather not let a full-blown argument develop here if I can prevent it now.Back to discussing the mod at hand.

All right - let's go over an important point of etiquette here:
Doing something first does NOT entitle you to 'credit' when someone else does the same or something similar. The idea of 'giving credit' is that you should always acknowledge where your inspiration, technique, or concept came from, if not from yourself or common source.
If you come up with an idea and later find that it was done by someone else already, you are in no way, shape, or form expected to give the other person(s) credit. Why? Because there is no credit to give. The idea was still your own, even if someone else did it first, provided that you were unaware of that other person's design prior to creating yours, or had already had the idea yourself before seeing someone else's.
Credit goes to those who inspire you or whose techniques and ideas you borrow for your own work. If there was no borrowing going on, there is no credit to give. Two people, completely separate from one another, coming up with the same or a similar idea is called coincidence. You don't give credit to people for coincidence. A civil, sensible person would see this and have said "great minds think alike" rather than immaturely and incorrectly harping about the credit that they were not given, despite not having earned any to begin with.
Our members are encouraged and advised to always offer credit when it is due. In fact, if you blatantly steal someone's idea without giving credit, you run the risk of coming afoul of BrickArms Administration. Likewise, our members are cautioned not to demand it or whine about it if they think they've been slighted, as well as to understand how this particular form of etiquette works to avoid any hurt feelings in the future.
Done and done. End of subject, etc, etc. Return to discussing the modification. Further off-topic-ness will be deleted and offenders warned.
Exit, stage right.

Wow you must have very delicate hands. You did a very clean job! I'll give you a 10/10!
Some of you might be wondering why I have't been posting pics. The reason why is because I lost my camra, which is a big bummer.
