In light of recent events I thought it was proper to jot a quick note to all of you regarding the issue. I'll try to be succinct so as not to use up too much of your valuable BrickArms Posting Time.

If you see a thread or post by a member, especially new members, that is clearly vulgar and immature, especially when that post is obviously written with the intent of getting themselves into trouble or baiting other members/staff -- DO NOT RESPOND.

Just ignore it. PM a Moderator or two -- or send a mass PM to all the site Moderators if the issue is urgent enough. We will take care of it as soon as we are able. Unfortunately, we're not always online - which means these posts and threads may remain active for longer than we'd like. But remember that responding to these trolls only encourages them to keep posting their disgusting behaviour all over our forums.

As tempting as it may be to join in to tell the offending member that their behaviour is unacceptable - don't. You'll only exacerbate matters and really - we all know nothing anyone says is going to stop them from acting like churlish imbeciles. So just ignore the post(s) or thread(s) and go about your regular posting.

Remember: Don't feed the trolls.

That is all. Dismissed.
