Here's my lastest vignette, which is based on the Battle of Kasserine Pass. Thanks for looking!

Wow, cool vig, obx! You sure make alot of them. I like the blood effect on falling minifig. Do you keep all your vigs together, or do you take them apart to make more?

Thanks, guys! Brickfan93 wrote:Do you keep all your vigs together, or do you take them apart to make more? I usually take them apart after I photograph them to free up the parts for future builds, but I keep my favorites together. Right now, I have three that I'm going to keep assembled. As for minifigs and vehicles, I almost always keep them together, except for ones that I'm not longer satisfied with, or minifigs that I built specifically for the purpose of inclusion in a (short-lived) vignette.

It's such a pain to set up everything and take pics, so I doubt I'll revist this vignette in photography. Sorry! :( Sarge wrote:Will we be seeing more of your vigs soon? I don't have any more built right now, but I do have an idea for another 8 x 8 vignette, which I'll try to work on tonight.

Oh, yes yes yes, the Kasserine Pass. My favourite of all American North African battles. A very nice job. Hope to see more!

It reminds of the level I think it was, the desert fox? in CoD2 Big Red One. Also, I love how you base it on that certain battle. (My second favorite!)

Nice vig obx! I'm assuming you got the 2x2 tiles from the Indiana Jones sets? I have tons of those pieces and I haven't found good use for them yet.

Thanks for the kind words, everyone! brickarmsfan21 wrote:It reminds of the level I think it was, the desert fox? in CoD2 Big Red One. Heheh, that served as an inspiration. :) evan345 wrote:I'm assuming you got the 2x2 tiles from the Indiana Jones sets? Actually, I ordered them off BrickLink.
