Usually nothing. But in the pacific theatere were Japanese soldiers were told that killing mdecis was their first priority, they carried an M1911.

Oh yer the gun was like built in the present time or mabye the future but it could be called the future medic.

in reply to several people, I'm not sure why he has a medkit- it just looked better with it than without. Also, he has a M1911 in a holster on his other leg. He's a strange guy. ;-) Wow, two posts showed up before I was even finished typing.
