Why is the medpack so expensive? I think 8 bucks is overpriced for some tiny plastic bits and a decal.

Keep in mind, the cost of producing the scalpel and hypodermic needle (both custom items made in Will's garage and thus more labor intensive than other BA items), obtaining the TLC suitcases, and printing and time required to apply the decal to the suitcase all factor into the price of the Medkit. As this is a more labor-intensive and costly process compared to that of the BA items that are mass produced, this is reflected in the cost of the item.
However, Will does work to make all BrickArms items as affordable as possible, and I can assure you that the profit margin of all BrickArms accessories (including the higher ticket price items) is slight. Will's in it for the love, folks!
