Why is it that the silenced PPK has two for a dollar, although the unsilenced is 1 for a dollar?

The PPK Tactical is sold 2/$1 because I don't have to trim them. The PPK regular needs the silencer trimmed off. That makes it more costly for me to produce. You can always buy the Tactical PPKs and trim them yourself. :)
