This really wasnt that bad of an idea. A hairdrier would be nice after all the weapon ideas are used.XD

While I understand that this was done just as a lighthearted prank, I for one am annoyed with this. I think it is very unprofessional to create a contest that is nothing but a joke. Many people already speant time working on this contest, and yet there is no prize or even judging. I think that if there was going to be a prank like this, it should have only been intoduced as a new item, not as the source of a contest. I am sorry if this comes across as me just being sour, but I am very disappointed in the BrickArms staff.

Plus, it only ran for a little under seven hours; who would have thought that people would have entries built this quickly?

Even NPR, usually the most button-on bunch on the planet, gets in on the act. I'm certain sorry if this upset you at all; we really didn't anticipate there being much interest in a hairdryer (or a juicer, spatula, blender, and can opener for that matter) or the speed with which folks would submit entries!
