I got inspired byWeetabix so I built my team's version of the battle. Instead of the Humvee I used the Indiana Jones German Jeep, because it had a machine gun in the back. I used Play-Doh for the blood and firing effects. The EnemyCar Defense"A mosh pit of carnage"Sniper SupportBehind The PillarsOverviewPlease Comment! :) My Flickr My Brickshelf

Looks great! Could use a little less playdoh, or maybe a different color for the firing effects. Perhaps yellow or orange could work? Overall, great work, Mandalorian.

Great work! There are a lot of enemies (dead and alive) which makes this vig have a little more depth. Nice job! :)

I hate to be the only person to make a negative comment, but if this is a woodland battle, where are the woods? All I see are men foolishly rushing an urban fortified environment. -Nick Next-GenDesign

I have to agree with Kcaster. This MOC is too many multicolored bricks in it. Its does not have a single tree when this IS a woodland battle. Not to burst your bubble, but this could use some work. If you have a limited collection, try smaller stuff.

[Uhh, nothing I said was mean. I just said the truth. How is this builder going to get any better, if no one tells him how good his creation really is. If you think I am a mean person, well, you need to take a good look at Classic-Castle and Classic-Space. I am a little disappointed in this forum, for its lack of courage.]
To the builder: Dont worry, you will get better, but using brickarms pieces to do so wont exactly help. Also, dont make your men just stand their, make it look like they are doing something.

Hooray! I can tick off "Have someone be inspired by my creation" off my 'Brickarms Forum To Do List'
Nice job, there sure are a lot of guys in that scene which adds to its "epicness". Although I doubt the strategy of the green men... Running into an open space with buckets of bullets flying everywhere, I need to have a talk with their leader... ;)

While this vig is nice and all, I think some trees are in order. Also, I'm not much a fan of Play-doh effects as it seems like sort of a cheat. But I'm not fully against the idea, I'm just saying maybe less Play-doh next time. So keep building and posting, that way you'll get better at both! I like the concept you have going here. Yet, I think to improve you could add a bit of scenery, a few trees etc. Also, I think it would be a good idea to replace the pillars with cliff pieces, because then you a nice nifty cave, and still a place for your snipers. Yet as I said before, I do like the concept here and with a bit of work I believe it could be a good vig. Thats just a bit of constructive feedback for you there.

This a good vig. Although a little cartoon-ish, very good. A soldier should not be commemorated for doing what is expected-Master ChiefBungie.net Account Profile

Are the woodland ones the ones in cammo, or are those the other ones?

If there were trees, and some grass, it would look woodland-like. And the troops would be more spread out. With some posing for the figs, and cover, this would make a great urban battle.
