How about creating minifigs based off the new Army of Two game. It would involve the use of Armor, and maybe even this visor custom painted to resemble Tyson Rios' and Elliot Salem's custom helmet. as well as a custom painted generic TLC breast plate. The BA Mk48 and M1 garand (stand in for the M14) with a Mk.23 could be one of the mercenaries loadout. While the other could be equipped with either an M4 or G36, Colt 45. M1911 and Psg1. What do you guys think?

Custom painting TLC parts is a very very tedious process, especially for mass production. The most customisation to an existing TLC part I know of from BA minifigs are the torso decals. Also, mercenaries are otherwise paramilitary civilians, something most people can put together. The BA bandits are an exception are they are more easily recongnisable with real world counterparts. All in all - I'm not really a fan of computer game-based minifigs. Sorry!

I must agree. If Will made figs of these guys, then he would have to make them of every FPS character. While some games, which are massively popular and permently imbedded into pop-culture are more feasible, I don't think these guys would make very good figs

You know, Army of two is a really good game. You could just jeneralise them to "Mercenarys" and I think they would be really cool.
and, I mean, some of that nights kingdom facemasks could work, they just need to be coloured black or gray.
