No problem. I love those moments when military knowledge kicks in. Anyway, I saw a prototype pic, and it looks like the minifig is holding the body of the grenade. Awesome!

I can imagine it now...
"Breaching, Breaching!" Shouted PFC Montero, as he opened the door and threw in a flash bang. It detonated with a brilliant light and a satisfying BOOM!
Keep up the great work Will!

Speaking of flashbangs it remind me of Halo 3's flare that blinds me like the Rainbow Six Vegas Flashbangs and COD 4's. But it taunts me sometimes because my xbox 360 broke. US Marines wrote:Anyway, I saw a prototype pic, and it looks like the minifig is holding the body of the grenade. Awesome! That is awesome! Now my minifigs can hold a grenade the proper way! I wont have to have them hold it upsidedown or on the "clip" since that is where some of my grenades keep popping off sometimes. And the flashbang is #5 on my Top Ten List of Mold 3 Weapons/Accessories. But I cant wait for it to come out. I can finally do a reallistic Hostage Search and Rescue. Yep, the main body of the upcoming BA flash grenade is completely minifig-gripable! This does make for a small, but very versatile item that should work very well for all types of minifig posing. badger

Wow... that's tiny! I too would like to see this in the hands of a real minifig.

Just so you know, it looks exactly the same in a real minfig's hand, but the lighting is way more realistic. ;) Seriously, I've sent silver samples of M3 to the winners of badger's M3 Riddle Contest. Perhaps after they receive them, they will grace us with a photo.

Remember kids, bley and dark grey can look good together so long as you don't mix them up randomly.

What everyone has been waiting for: a picture of a real BA Flashbang (or two)!
