I have an idea for what to do about the energy swords. Instead of offering these on the site make very few, like ten or so. Hold contests, auctions, loteries, etc. to give them away, and you'll get quite a few eager halo fans. P.S. This is my first post, so I hope it came out right.[-o<
[ADMIN - We are happy to have you here, but please read the forums before posting, ok? If you did, you would read that I do not plan on offering these. That means, I do not plan on offering these. ;) --Will ]

Offering them singularly with the Spartans (if you decide to make them and offer them) seems like the best idea. I can't think of many minifigs that would use them apart from the Halo related ones.
Remember kids, bley and dark grey can look good together so long as you don't mix them up randomly.

[MOD - Now that Will has directly addressed the issue of the availability of the plasma sword, the issue should be considered closed. Any posts that attempt to continue the discussion will be deleted and grounds for possible suspension. Should Will ever decide to reevaluate his decision, he'll post a relevant update, but unless that occurs, his above comments should be considered the final word. So let it be written, so let it be done - badger]

I think that is a fine bit of work Will. I would like one, but your not selling them so meh.
Hmm, maybe you could try making some other things with the router, like a battle axe or something. The capabilities of the machine you own seem amazing.

I'll bring it to NWBrickCon in October for all of you to see. I gotta say, i've seen a lot of lego energy swords on the internet, but this is the best one seen by far =d> [MOD - When quoting, please only quote the smallest amount of text necessary. I think the energy sword would look better if it had little purple markings that kind of make it look like plasma.

Whoa that's one awesome energy sword! Having played Halo 3 and seen it in action, this looks really good! I can't wait to see other things you make with that CNC machine.

Now, I understand if you don't want to answer this question for, I don't know... Financial confidentiality? But how much does an injection moulder cost? I know it costs a lot, but could you give a more specific price?
Thanks.

Ah! So that's where I've seen this thing before. Nice find. So, yeah. Did you make this energy sword before, Will?

Will you bring the Energy Sword to BrickFair, as well, Will?

Wow, Will, that is very cool! Do you think we could eventually see some more work of yours off the CNC machine?
