Yes! An MG42! Finally!

Seriously, though, this is darned cool. It looks like it might be a bit small to mount on a vehicle, though . . . does anyone have a picture of that?

*Now presenting the BA MG42!!!* Really Will every time I think you won't make a certain weapon you do! One question, can the bipod fit on the bottom considering it's flat?

I see great possibillaties now with the mg-42, german troops, american troops and the new medieval market village. Anyone else thinking along the same lines or is it just me?

Market village? MG42's?
Those two definetly don't mix.

I believe lego slayer is suggesting a WWII shoot-out in a European village. Certainly appropriate and historically accurate!

Yes! I posted that on EuroBricks. I would love to see someone make a MOC in WW2 with those buildings and the BA Germans. Especially when/if this is released.

Some links: Sniper technique. Some Minifigs, more minifigs, Brickshelf, Flickr. Enough; parts: 1, 2, 3. Assassination is back! Part 6

That's so if anything happened to the barrel, the operator could quickly and easily replace it.

The Bazooka and the MG42 are the best Brickarms ever! That's it. Period.

This is by far my favorite BA gun, i think i like it more then the SMLE which i bought two of 3 days ago. I hope that for all that's good it be released soon so i can arm my German's with a fast firing gun instead of there mp40s and ppks.

Whenever the Germans found the Canadian Corps coming into the line they prepared for the worst.

With the extremely high rate of fire the MG42 had, the barrel had to be changed every few minutes to avoid overheating.
