I wanted to know, if I were to post two of the same type of vehicle in the same thread, but only one of them includes a Brickarms product in the build, would that be expectable?

No. All vehicles posted in the Other MOCs forum must have BrickArms incorporated into their builds. Like the rules say, this is to keep these forums BrickArms specific. There are plenty of other forums online for you to share your non-BrickArms customs and builds.
