So here is my Mk.II version of my Pelican-class lander. Thanks to all the dudes who helped with the thingking on how to make the Mk.I look better. And here is the result: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=341310The Mk.II version has far more length then the Mk.I, it has a redesigned bridge, a gun turret on top of the boat door and it looks far more intimidating then the Mk.I. Also the Mk.II can now hold severall pieces of equipment: it can hold 2 jeeps or 2 attilary guns or 1 of each or aproximatly 16 fully armed (with backpack that is) soldiers. I don't know how much unarmed soldiers it can carry but I think it will be around 30 troops so it is quite big. The turret can turn 360 degrees and has 2 .40/.50 calibar machineguns. This Mk.II version has come together with the ideas of: Lt.Col. John Sheppard, Master Animator, 14gallagherk, Kingbrick and Mega Lego Man. Thanks guys I realy liked the idea's from all of you. Well I hope you guys like the Pelican-Class Mk.II Landing Boat, Henk

Yeah I thought that to. Well you must be pretty happy 'cause you also suggested some things and therefore this boat is also a bit of you. I have some plans with this boat for some major landing vig. Yeah I got some idea's already running through my head. Henk

Hmm. This is a great improvement. I like the machine gun, and the gun at the bottom of the ship? (The removeable one) Now all you need to do is make a battle scene!

The gun on the botten is my moc attilary gun. And I will make a large vig in the near future with this moc. So be sure to check that out. Henk

Yay! You made the new one, but it seems a bit difficult to transport some of the larger vehicles (Lego indiana jones trucks).

Wewt! Nice use of artillery, I can see this thing landing on the beaches of New Brick City ( my incomplete lego city, only takes up half of the living room, and my living room is huge ) , and deploying a squad of motorcycles, with a jeep tagging along..... Nice work!

It is near to imposible to put large vehicles in it 'cause it can only hold 6 stud wide vehicles and about 10 studs high. But I don't want to make the turret higher so that larger vehicles can go through, the turret can't shoot lower then the poition it's on so if it would be higher it's pointless to have a turret. But thanks for you're reply. I am going to make a large vig with this boat in the near future so be sure to check my name (and monkey) on the topics. Henk

Great design. I love the turret ;-). But really, it's awesome. I'm diggin' the lights and the RPG on the side. Keep up the great work.
I love M21s. What, was that supposed to be funny, or what? I don't do funny. Ever. So go ahead, have your funny signatures, whilst I, for one, will keep it simple.

And I got quite some money so I'm going to buy more of your (truly amazing) BrickArms. Another question for you, you see it's my birthday today and I was wondering if you could give me a leftover FREEBAP as a present? =) Well I gotto go to bed, its 23.30 here and I need to go to school tomorrow. So I'll talk to you later. I'm pretty confident that there will be more of my creations in the future. Bye now and thanks for you're reply, Henk de Vries
