Hagrid of Harry Potter fame.
Anyway, I don't think this guy warrants enough individuality to warrant a spot in the BA lineup. What makes him different from a random joe with guns?

While I have no problems with the shotgun, the "RPG" on his back appears to be a M136 AT4, a suggestion on the forums. I personally feel that, if a minifig Haggard was to be realised, it would be best to have accurate portrayal of his loadout.

Even then, I doubt he would be recongnisable enough to warrant a minifig representation. I would be tempted to opt for a more generic modern soldier instead.

You could probobly just get any modern soldier do some touching up and then youd have him, but, good idea.
