A regular German soldier (1 of the 3 Will has, doesn't matter which one) with a dog, something that looks similiar to a German Shephard. Maybe the one that comes with the K9 cop. Also a K98 if Will were to produce one to go along with the soldier as a weapon and a leash of somesort for the dog.

Well, keep in mind the dog that comes with the K9 Cop is simply a TLC piece that's widely available in both sets currently at retail and the secondary market. If all you're proposing is adding a guard dog to a German fig Will already produces, the most direct method would be just to add the dog yourself.
