The BDI (Brickland Defence Initiative) try to push through to the capital where they can gain a control of major roads and rail tracks for supply replenishment in this messy war. Whoever has the capital, has the upper hand. The BDI sent 1,750 troops to the enemy infested capital city of Studton, Different platoons were ordered to attack different entrances to the city in hopes of overwhelming the enemy and avoiding ambushes. But the enemy was ready, the Command had underestimated the amount of enemy forces in the city, before long, BDI troops were losing the battle. PicturesWhole Scene. Cpl. Shepherd attempts to ease the pain of Pvt. Summer's bullet wound to the arm. Meanwhile Sgt. Morrison provides covering fire for friendly reinforcements moving up the road. Cpl. Fisherman aids Sgt. Morrison in the attempt to provide covering fire for the reinforcements. Sadly for the enemies, BDI troops advanced too fast for the tank to fire on them and now the tank can't lower it's turret enough to be in firing range. Overhead view. I hope you liked it.

Eh. It's good, but where are the enemies? I like the soldiers. But why are they wearing camo in the middle of a city?

Well, they're wearing camouflage because I only have that type of soldier and painting them in different colours is too time consuming. As for why you can't see the enemies... Shoulda' gone to Specsavers! Just kidding! But they should be there, I can manage to see them. (Albeit they're not the most obvious thing in the world.)

Are they behind the cars up by the buildings ?
Edit: In the back on the fourth picture, you can see red MegaBlock soldiers behind the cars.

The scene wasn't that fantastic to begin with so I added some more troops to spice things up a little. Oh, and I added the tank for good measure, too!

Can you maybe take some clearer, less-aerial views of the soldiers and enemies? About the tank. Where did you get it? I like the cardboard (right?) covering around the base plate, which is supposed to be a city. Also, can you get pictures of the inside of the destroyed building?

Sadly I've cleared away the scene and besides, the camera isn't that good at taking clear pictues (it took me ages to take a clear enough picture to put on this website.) The tank is from a mega bloks set that is sadly (very sadly) not selling anymore. It's the same set that the enemies are from. You might be lucky and find it on Ebay or some other website.

Great job! I love the detail. The camo on the troops is also very . . . professional. Very nice work. P.S. It's good to see you're magnificent building skills on the forum again. I haven't seen you in, what, 3 months? Well, welcome back.

That background is from the "Lego Steven Spielburg Movie Maker Set" or something like that. Unfortunately it isn't sold anywhere anymore. (But then again, the software is for Windows 95.) kaboom4 wrote:Great job! I love the detail. The camo on the troops is also very . . . professional. Very nice work.
