I made a Civil War battle for my history class. We(my class) had to make a diorama of a civil war battle, so I decided to make mine out of LEGOs. I used the M1 Garand for a rifle which looks awesome!

Here it is:

Battle!

Hope you all like it and please leave comments!

Nice! Great use of the garands i also like the wall-ish thing it looks great! If i was the teacher you get an A++++++.

What fun are parachutes when you can feel the crash from hitting the ground?

Thanks! I worked hard on it and it really showed off! I almost didn't get the Garands because this project was due like five days after mold three came out, but I ordered them quickly and they got to my house just in time!

Very nice, I like it.

I really like how the Garand is such an excellent substitute for a musket.

However, that doesn't mean I wouldn't like to see a BA musket :-)

Yeah, it's very weird how they don't make them anymore. You could probably get some on bricklink though.

Hmm... I think you might go to my school... Because I'm pretty sure I saw someone walking home with this, and his name was Tommy.
Very good work! This definitely deserves an A+!

Obviously, not an A+ in spelling. (well, you're just a young civalian, so who can complain?) ;)

Anyways, great job! LEGOs are the best for school projects.

Keep it up!

Civil is spelled with an "i," not an "a."

"People are dying, Alfred. What would you have me do?"
"Endure, Master Wayne. Take it. They'll hate you for it, but that's the point of Batman, he can be the outcast. He can make the choice that no one else can make, the right choice."

Oh yeah, I guess you're right VWC, if only there was a lego project for spelling class. :)

Awesome vig Tomster! The Base thing is really nice, and the garands go with it perfectly.
