Lately, there have been several requests from several individuals who already have accounts for permission to create and use a new account for themselves. While these requests for the most part have been honored, at this point, duplicate accounts will no longer be permitted for any reason.
As is stated in the board Accepted Behavior, any member found to be operating more than one account will be banned from these forums.
