Have I got your attention? Excellent. I have to bring up a small issue that has arisen here on the forums that all members should be aware of and keep in mind for future posting. Please read carefully and feel free to PM myself or another Moderator with any questions you may have.



The BrickArms Forums, and Will specifically, encourages members to not only discuss BrickArms products, but to aid in creating a friendly community for all things BrickArms. We, the staff, love to see you guys discussing, debating, and helping each other out. Nothing pleases us more than signing in and seeing such friendly attitudes.

However, we have also noticed a trend of members offering help to new members via PM. Statements such as "if you have any questions, PM me."

This must stop. While we appreciate the spirit of such statements, we also consider it inappropriate. Forum members should not be telling new members to PM them with questions. If any member, old or new, has a question about the BrickArms forums, that question should be directed to a BrickArms Forums Moderator. That would be myself, Badger, or obxcrew. That is one of our main functions as staff members, after all - to help.


Just so there is no confusion, we're not saying members cannot help one another. If a post by a member suggests that they cannot find the Search feature, for example, anyone is free to point out that it is beneath the right-hand BrickArms banner.

Please remember when welcoming new members to the website, or reading a topic from a poster that is confused about forum rules or posting etiquette, that such members should be directed to Forums Moderators with their questions. New members, especially, should never be told to contact other members with their questions. Send them our way - the Moderators of The BrickArms Forums are always happy to help.
