Wow... It's going for 162 1/2 Brickarms? I find that waaay more than I'd be willing to spend on even a single Lego set.

MOD - Again, I'd ask everyone to be respectful of the bidders in that auction. True, the bidding price has reached some fairly steep heights, but there's no reason to disparage those who have bid on this excellent fig.
Simply put: a "Too rich for my blood!" comment is fine, while a "who'd ever want to spend that much?" is not.

As badger said: Too rich for my blood! You must be very happy, Will ;) "How am I going to stop some mean Mother Hubbard from tearing me a structurally superfluous new behind? The answer... is a gun. And if that don't work, use more gun" - Meet the Engineer

Congrats, Will on getting $162.50 for the "Last Medic". I am glad I got one of the first! $25 doesn't seem that bad, now.

This fig took up a tremendous amount of Will's time and resources at the expense of all other BA projects, and Will isn't eager to repeat the very trying experience that went into producing even smaller numbers of this very labor intensive fig. Still, the "limited edition" concept is something people clearly dig, and Will does have several great ideas for the future in terms of items that will be easier for him to produce than an LE fig. badger

Congrats to Will for fetching such a good price. In the words of badger, that is too rich for my blood. The most I've ever paid for figures is $10. That's how much I paid for Mr. Freeze and also how much I paid for Achu from the jungle Adventurers series.
